Battery compartment is very clean, no acid leak. Battery cover is present. Sounds great, all functions and buttons are properly working. Unfortunately, the external battery holder and the headphone adaptor were lost, therefore a battery charger, a rechargeable battery, and an aftermarket headphone adaptor are included. The player is in great condition, considering its age, see pictures. Some minor scuffs and scratches on the Walkman. For collectors and ready to be used daily.
