Tape path checked with SONY MC-112C mirror cassette. Speed checked and adjusted TEAC test tape MTT-211NA. Demagnetized with TDKSony HE-3. Recording tests (mic & tuner), perfect. Replaced the CR2016 coin battery with new one. Upgraded the micro-plug connector on the remote with a flexible and modern 3,5 mm one providing extensive flexibility to use the headphones of choice. Tested several hours with various tape types and brands, working perfectly. Main body (printed user documentation is included).
