Unlike many “junk” or “untested” units on the market, this unit has been professionally serviced to ensure it works perfectly. It comes with the rare original hard holder (belt clip) and strap. Motor Speed Calibrated: Adjusted to the correct playback speed. Azimuth Adjusted: Head alignment corrected for clear stereo sound and optimal treble response. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR BUYERS (Please Read) Since this is a vintage analog mechanical device from 1981, please be aware of the following characteristics. Analog Sound & Noise: Being an analog cassette player, some faint tape hiss and mechanical motor operation noise are normal characteristics of this technology. It is not silent like a modern digital player. Button Operation: The WM-2 features a mechanical button mechanism. You must press the buttons Play, Stop, etc. Firmly and decisively to engage the mechanism properly. A light touch may not trigger the function. The unit is in good vintage condition with minor scratches/scuffs consistent with age (Please review the high-resolution photos carefully). Battery compartment is clean with no corrosion.
