Please note that Blazers use both mounts depending on the body. This is a Bolt-In Mount. We also have the truck mount version. Comes with various part numbers with and without a fan. If you do or do not want a fan on your radio, please request so on checkout. This radio is fully rebuilt including all of the miserable little light bulbs in the face. All features are 100%! Appearance is very good as pictured. The display screen has a protective film on it as seen in the picture. This radio will NOT require dealer turn on. It is plug and play. Radios will generally be sent via UPS to the lower 48.
