A wonderful example of an original 1980s Sony Walkman WM-4. Grab yourself an original icon of the 1980s. I have had many Walkmans but this is – by far – the most iconic and this colour especially. The original waist clip is intact and works well. There is no original carry belt with it. The belts were replaced, the speed checked and adjusted (using a reference cassette) and the heads and roller area cleaned and demagnitised. There are no crackles in either headphone socket and the volume control pot is fine too. There are no obvious signs of battery leakage in the battery area. There are no real obvious stand out scratches to note. Maybe just minor ones that are not anything too noticeable. One near the black control button area and one on the back of the case, near the battery compartment. There is a slight white mark where the notch is to lift the lid up; 2 fine marks on the side of the DC socket. These really are minor but I wanted to honestly point them out.
