Serviced Sony Stereo Cassette Walkman WM-EX677 in perfect working condition. All functions are operable on the surface panel. It supports metal tape playback and features an auto tape selector. It has auto-reverse, blank skip function, and Dolby B. Included are the main unit, AA battery adapter, genuine remote control, genuine earphones, genuine gum battery (used), and instruction manual. Maintenance performed includes replacement of the tape drive belt with a Japanese-made product, replacement and cleaning of the head and pinch roller. Electrical contacts have been improved with contact revitalizer, and lubrication and cleaning have been performed on operation switches, gears, head, capstan, pinch roller, power supply, gum battery insertion slot, circuit board, remote control, and main unit volume. The cassette speed has been adjusted. The exterior is in excellent condition. All functions such as play, fast forward, rewind, reverse auto-reverse, and B/L Skip are normal. Sound quality is normal in both A and B directions, and there is no noise in the remote control or main unit volume. The cassette tape in the picture is not included.

The blank skip function was very useful. If the tape is silent for a long period of time, the unit automatically fast-forwards and resumes playback when it detects a sound part.
