Removed each gear, cleaned, removed sticking parts, and greased (with high-performance grease containing PTFE particles). Polished capstan shaft (using Picard). Replace drive rubber belt. New pinch roller replacement. Improvement of the contact points of the volume section. Keig D5S, a well-known contact cleaning and contact revival product for audio equipment, is used to improve the contact points. The sound has become clearer and more transparent. It seems to be working normally, but we cannot guarantee the same performance as a new one because it is an old vintage product.
